We can now design all your structural elements in house utilizing Specifi software, backed by Kirk Roberts Consulting Engineers Ltd, which saves our client time delays waiting for an Engineer & saving them money on Engineers fees. This software also allows us to carry out all PS4 site observation of structural elements again saving our client time & money.

When specific design of structural elements beyond what we can do is required, we bring in & coordinate a CPEng Structural Engineer & act as their agent for all of our work saving you money.

We work as Planning Consultants & will prepare Resource Consent reports & applications for our clients projects when required. For very complex applications we use Planning Specialists Lawrence Cross Chapman, based in Thames.

We have a long history of work in Construction Systems & Methodology particularly with Fletcher Construction on projects such as Sky City Casino & Tower, & the Royal Sun Alliance Office Tower in Auckland.

We are often contracted to investigate & report on the feasibility of building projects & often work in with our preferred engineers for this work.

We carry out Fire Design Reports & Engineering Work. We colaborate with several specialist Fire Engineering companies for complex designs.

We carry out Geotechnical Engineering Reports & Investigations of sites in order to assess their suitability for building on & for design or review of foundation systems.

We have extensive experience in Leaky Home Resolution work. We take care of the entire design & Building Consent process & will even tender & administer the contract for you. Well make the process easy for you.

Certificate of Acceptance is a difficult area to work in as there are no guarantees due to the way in which the Building Act is written. We work in this area & have succeeded in gaining Certificate of Acceptance for our clients.

We carry out Stormwater Disposal Design Reports to E1/VM1 of the Building Code. We also design Detention Tanks. We are on the list of approved Producer Statement Authors with both TCDC & HDC.

We carry out On Site Sewage Disposal Design Reports including all field work. We are on the list of approved Producer Statement Authors with both TCDC & HDC. Western Bays & Tauranga City Council also accept our work.

We carry out Pre-Purchase Inspection Reports for buildings, particularly dwellings for our clients. We know where the problems areas are as designers & can carry out non-invasive moisture meter testing to confirm any suspicious areas.

We are available to carry out Contract Administration & Site Observation for any project. We utilise the NZS3910, 2013 form of contract.

We also carry out PS4 Site Observation as the Design Engineers Agent, & do this for numerous out of town Engineering companies particularly from Tauranga & Auckland. This saves our client money.

We can now carry out our own PS4 site observation of structural elements designed by us utilizing Specifi software.

We survey the levels for most of our projects by Laser Level. For more complex steep projects & boundary set out etc we utilize several local registered surveyors. We also carry an Abney Level, hand held GPS & range finder which is very useful for locating items on large lots or bush clad lots.

We are Revit & Autocad Designers & utilise Revit 3D CAD design & draughting software. All projects are documented in 3D & 3D models are provided to our clients for all projects.

We carry out a Value Engineering process at time of design for all of our projects. We do offer a Value Engineering Report service for other clients & building professionals.

Jon is a Design 2 Licensed LBP with the Government & has been since licensing inception.

Davey products are top quality & we supply at prices better than most plumber / drainlayers will supply for as a benefit to our clients.

We not only design sewage disposal solutions but also supply Hynds or Oasis Clearwater treatment plants direct to our customer usually for better prices than the plumber / drainlayer would.

We supply Waterguard water filtration & disinfection packages to our clients for roof, bore or stream water supply treatment.

We supply Waterguard systems to our clients at prices better than most plumber / drainlayers will.

We carry out geotechnical testing for, & design of, subdivision roads & right of ways.

We carry out Resource Consent site suitability geotechnical testing, site assessment & reporting covering, suitability of sites for residential construction, house foundations, on site stormwater disposal, on site sewage disposal & roading design.
