Job required - preparation of full architectural and engineering drawings & documentation, including management of the Building Consent process.
Actionplans Ltd was engaged by Cassa Homes, Whitianga to:
- redesign their basic concept to suit the clients requirements, & prepare full architectural and engineering drawings & documentation, including management the Building Consent process.
carry out on site stormwater disposal design & detailing of all structural elements such as structural steel.
We also carried out site observation of the structural elements such as the structural steel involved, so that our design engineer could provide the required PS4 Producer Statement.
