Location - Whitianga Waterways, Coromandel

Job required - preparation of full architectural and engineering drawings & documentation, including management of the Building Consent process.

Actionplans Ltd was engaged by Cassa Homes, Whitianga to:

  • redesign their basic concept to suit the clients requirements, & prepare full architectural and engineering drawings & documentation, including management the Building Consent process. 

  • carry out on site stormwater disposal design & detailing of all structural elements such as structural steel.

  • We also carried out site observation of the structural elements such as the structural steel involved, so that our design engineer could provide the required PS4 Producer Statement.
