  • Architectural design & documentation including all structural detailing.
  • Geotechnical testing & reporting
  • Wastewater disposal design
  • Fire-fighting water storage design
  • Stormwater disposal & potable supply design
  • Lodging & achieving Planning Compliance & Building Consent, including management of the Building Consent process 
  • Supplied the sewage treatment plant including irrigation & arranged delivery to site into the hole for our preferred drainlayers to install

  • All site observation of drainage systems & structural specific design work for PS4 purposes as required by council.
