We are available to carry out Contract Administration & Site Observation for any project. We utilise the NZS3910, 2003 form of contract.

Site Observation will help ensure that the quality of construction is as high as possible. This goes hand in hand with Contract Administration & is an absolute must for leaky Home Reclad/Resolution projects.
