Job required - Geotech to verify subdivsion site suitability geotech & preparation of full architectural and engineering drawings & documentation, including management of the Building Consent process.
Actionplans Ltd was engaged by Cassa Homes, Whitianga to:
- Re-design their clients basic concept to suit the site constraints & clients requirements, & prepare full architectural and engineering drawings & documentation, including management the Building Consent process.
- Gain subdivision review group approval of concept including colours & reflectivity & landscaping design.
- Carry out geotechnical testing to verify ground conditions match subdivsion geotech.

Carry out detailing of all structural elements such as structural steel, foundations, Ribraft slab, blockwork & timber pole retaining walls.

We also carried out site observation of the structural elements such as the structural steel involved, so that our design engineer could provide the required PS4 Producer Statement.
