Job required - Geotech to verify subdivsion site suitability geotech & preparation of full architectural and engineering drawings & documentation, including management of the Building Consent process. 

Actionplans Ltd was engaged by Cassa Homes, Whitianga to:

• Re-design their clients basic concept to suit the site constraints & clients requirements, & prepare full architectural and engineering drawings & documentation, including management the Building Consent process. 

• Gain subdivision review group approval of concept including colours & reflectivity & landscaping design.

• Carry out geotechnical testing to verify ground conditions match subdivsion geotech.

• Carry out detailing of all structural elements such as structural steel, foundations, Ribraft slab, blockwork & timber pole retaining walls.

• We also carried out site observation of the structural elements such as the structural steel involved, so that our design engineer could provide the required PS4 Producer Statement.
