Jon Short - Principal

Jon has been an architectural and engineering consultant for over 30 years & has worked in the building industry for over 37 years. Jon works with clients throughout the Coromandel, Bay of Plenty, & Waikato regions on both residential and light commercial projects.

Jon was originally architecturally trained with Hoadley Budge Architects in Auckland, followed by work for Fletcher Construction as a construction systems & methodology specialist on very large commercial projects, now enabling him to work across a range of disciplines.

Jon is a multi-skilled design consultant working within the architectural, structural, geotechnical & environmental engineering disciplines.

As a Design 2 Licence holder, & being approved on various council registers for waste watre & stormwater disposal design, clients have  the peace of mind of knowing that they are working with a quality architectural and engineering design consultant with a very long track record of top quality work & performance.

As they say, there is no substitute for experience!

With a special interest in solving problems on coastal and rural properties, Jon enjoys getting out of the office and working on site for his clients. With a strong love of the outdoor lifestyle, he's happy to travel throughout the greater Coromandel, Waikato & Bay of Plenty Region.
