Actionplans Ltd provided:
- Architectural design & documentation including all structural detailing.
- Geotechnical testing & reporting
- Wastewater disposal design
- Fire-fighting water storage design
- Stormwater disposal & potable supply design
- Lodging & achieving Planning Compliance & Building Consent, including management of the
Building Consent process
- Supplied the sewage treatment plant including irrigation & arranged delivery to site into the hole for our preferred drainlayers to install
All site observation of drainage systems & structural specific design work for PS4 purposes as required by council.
