We carry out Geotechnical Engineering Investigations of sites in order to assess their suitability for building on & for design or review of foundation systems.

We carry out Geotechnical Engineering Investigations for all our design projects in order to ensure that our foundation system design is appropriate for the site conditions. This protects our client.

We also carry out Geotechnical Engineering Investigations & PS4 inspections for other Engineers or designers or clients wishing to gain a Geotechnical Report & foundation recommendations for their site prior to designing a building.

We colaborate with Ian Smith Engineer of ISPS Ltd & act as his agent for all field work, soils & slope stability assessments & PS4 inspections. This saves our clients alot of money.
