Architectural Design
We are an Architectural Design & multi-disciplinary Practice. We are Design 2 Licensed with the Government & hold ADNZ Professional Membership status.

Structural Engineering Design
We are a Structural Design & multi-disciplinary design office. We colaborate with our Engineer Ian Smith of ISPS Ltd & act has his agent for all of our work.

Resource Consents
We work as Planning Consultants & will prepare Resource Consent reports & applications for our clients projects when required.

Construction Systems & Methodology
We have a long history of work in Construction Systems & Methodology particularly with Fletcher Construction on projects such as Sky City Casino & Tower, & the Royal Sun Alliance Office Tower in Auckland.

Feasibility Studies & Reports
We are often contracted to investigate & report on the feasibility of building projects & often work in with our Engineer Ian Smith of ISPS Ltd. www.isps.co.nz

Fire Design Reports
We carry out Fire Design Reports & Engineering Work. We colaborate with several specialist Fire Engineering companies for complex designs.

Geotechnical Engineering Reports
We carry out Geotechnical Engineering Reports & Investigations of sites in order to assess their suitability for building on & for design or review of foundation systems.

Building Consents
We will provide you all design drawings & documentation required to achieve Building Consent. We will coordinate & achieve Building Consent on your behalf.

Leaky Home Resolution
We have extensive experience in Leaky Home Resolution work. We take care of the entire design & Building Consent process & will even tender & administer the contract for you. Well make the process easy for you.

Certificate of Acceptance, Legalisation of Unauthorised Building Work.
Certificate of Acceptance is a difficult area to work in as there are no guarantees due to the way in which the Building Act is written. We work in this area & have succeeded in gaining Certificate of Acceptance for our clients.

Stormwater Disposal Design Reports
We carry out Stormwater Disposal Design Reports to E1/VM1 of the Building Code. We also design Detention Tanks.

Sewage Disposal Design Reports
We carry out on site Sewage Disposal Design Reports including all field work. We are on the list of approved Producer Statement Authors with both TCDC & HDC.

Pre - Purchase Inspection Reports
We carry out Pre-Purchase Inspection Reports for buildings, particularly dwellings for our clients. We know where the problems areas are as designers & can carry out non-invasive moisture meter testing to confirm any suspicious areas.

Contract Administration
We are available to carry out Contract Administration & Site Observation for any project. We utilise the NZS3910, 2003 form of contract.

Site Observation
We are available to carry out Contract Administration & Site Observation for any project. We utilise the NZS3910, 2003 form of contract.

Project Management
We are available to provide Project Management services. Refer also to Contract Administration & Site Observation.

Surveying
We survey the levels for most of our projects by Dumpy Level. For more complex steep projects & boundary set out etc we utilise Coromandel Surveyors Ltd. We also carry an Abney Level & hand held GPS which is very usefull for large lots or bush clad lots.

Revit & Autocad Designer
We are Revit & Autocad Designers & utilise state of the art Revit 3D CAD design & draughting software. All projects are documented in 3D & 3D models are provided to our clients for all projects.

Value Engineering Reports
We carry out a Value Engineering process at time of design for all of our projects. We do offer a Value Engineering Report service for other clients & building professionals.

I am Design 2 Licensed LBP with the Government(DBH) 7 have been for over four years.
